4. Can I get a sample before placing bulk order?
Sure. Custom samples and blank stock samples are available upon request for quality and design confirmation.

5. Can I modify my design after order confirmation?
Minor design adjustments are allowed within 24 hours of order confirmation. Changes after production starts are not acceptable.

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, bank transfer and other mainstream US business payment methods.

7. What if I receive defective items?
We provide quality inspection before shipment. For defective or wrong items, we offer free replacement or refund based on situation.

8. Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, we support shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and most US territories with extra shipping cost applied.
