3. Customization and Artwork
Artwork Approval: You are responsible for providing accurate, high-resolution artwork and approving design proofs before production begins.
Intellectual Property: You warrant that all logos, designs, and content provided for customization do not infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
Color Variations: Actual product colors may differ slightly from digital proofs due to printing processes and monitor settings.
4. Production and Delivery
Production Time: Standard production time is 5–7 business days after artwork approval and payment confirmation, excluding shipping transit time. Rush services are available for an additional fee.
Delivery: Delivery times are estimates only and depend on shipping method and location. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Cancellations and Changes
Orders may only be canceled or modified within 3 business days of confirmation, before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations or changes are not allowed.
Rush orders are non-cancelable once production has commenced.
6. Returns and Refunds
We offer quality checks before shipment. If you receive defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We will, at our option, replace the defective items or issue a refund. Custom-made products cannot be returned for reasons unrelated to defects or our error.
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7–10 business days.
7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for your order.
